    Procedure is a kind of text to tell the step of How to make, How to do and How to operate 

    something.

    When we see how to make above it means connect with food or drink.

    When we see how to do above it means connect with tips.

    When we see how to operate above it means connect with tool or appliance.

    Now lets take a look about Generic structure.

    The generic structure of Procedure text are below.

    1. Goal/ aim/ purpose. ( Eg. : How to make an omelet, How to make Juice and so on )

    2. Materials ( Eg : Flour, oil, egg, thread, clothe and so on )

    3. Tools ( Eg. : a glass, a bowl, spoon, scissor, needle and so on )

    4. Steps ( Eg. : Turn on the stove, break the egg, pour the oil and so on )

    The example of the text :

                                                          How to make a glass of sweet tea

    You need :

    a sachet of tea

    some sugar                                                                    

    hot water

    a glass

    a tea spoon.

    The steps are :

    - First, take a glass and insert a sachet of tea

    - Second, pour some sugar into the glass

    - Third, pour some hot water

    - Then, wait three minute after that stir the sweet tea

    - Finally, the sweet tea is ready to drink
